This week Gerald Hector speaks with Mr. Jeffrey McLeod, ESQ. His story is an inspirational one that takes us from his early days growing up in the parish of Trelawny in Jamaica to his matriculation through the University of Michigan and then law school. He was a standout student athlete who played every sport his high school had to offer. He shares how athletics shaped his views and outlook on life to this day. His commitment to the tenet of being a student athlete saw him take on leadership roles in athletics in his university experience and beyond. Now retired, his effort at giving back to those who are yet to travel the paths he has already conquered is a testimony to the power of community. This is yet again another episode you do not want to miss as he shares pearls of wisdom and tough love on how we can things back on track to reach and reward our young people.
